I booked and upgraded my reservation to Deluxe Suite, which stated it was 10/10 Exceptional. It was far from that & when I brought it to their attention I got offered another room. Basically the same. Having No other option for the night, I had to stay. Next morning the vacuum cleaner was still in the hallway with the rubbish bag from when I checked in. Won't be back. Very disappointed

Dirty the whole property needs cleaning and the beds in the room needed replacing as they are ripped and falling apart. Mattress are very dirty. We left after the first night.

Dated but comfy
The Beaumont Kew is a cheap and cheerful option. The interior is dated, but clean and comfortable. There is a shortage of glasses, but otherwise the kitchenette is reasonably equipped and there are Coles, Woolworths and take away places within walking distance. The limited opening hours of reception were a slight issue, as the air conditioning had a small malfunction after 6pm and it wasn’t clear who we could contact or how to contact them. Other than that a decent, affordable option in the area.

Views of the ciy, tram stop at the door, mltipe eateries and shops close by. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. I have already recommended to friends and family!

Bathroom ceiling is mouldy, carpet is disgusting, needs vaccuming and has stains all over it, toilet roll holder is broken, power wasn’t working when we first arrived. Just dirty and dingy. Would not recommend

Comfortable stay during bad weather. Maybe check the dirt round the windows and give it a bit of a vacuum. That would be make the room feel nicer. All in all a good comfortable quiet hotel. The fact there was a little cooker was great as if someone was tired or unwell they could make some food without going out. We were able to get undercover parking which was great in the very hot weather. There is also a back way down to the car which was really helpful.

This place is extremely dirty and disgusting. The photos provided are not the real conditions at all. I paid for 5 nights and didn't even spend a night there as that was totally disgusting and dusty and stains everywhere. Absolutely ridiculous with the review and price . I lost almost $600AUD without a single night spent there and had to find another hotel right away ! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Window locking mechanism non existent in room 202. Key card wouldn’t open sliding door to building “A”. No locking mechanism on door for overnight, just the key card lock. Reception hours on booking site stated 7am to 7pm, actual was 9am to 6 pm. Okay property for the price.

The location was good for where we wanted to go. The room needs a bit of TLC, as in new carpet and the shower water ran onto the floor near the toilet. Pleased that we could use cash for payment.

It was generally a good property. A few more crockery and cutlery would be good and maybe a fan in the bathroom and windows to open as they were stuck and no flywire screen, so insects would get in.

Clearly this property has seen better days. The door lock was broken, painting was very patchy, no bedside lamp, exhaust fan sounded like a Mack truck, shower plumbing created a bath, peeling paint and black mould
