"The resort is billed as an all inclusive resort. It seems as though you have to be “a member” in order for that to be true. Alcohol was only supplied in the room if you’re a member. Full access to some restaurants only if you’re a member. The food was really not good. The entertainment was basic. The property seemed dated and needed work. The kids area was non existent. I have stayed at RUI properties before and will stick to that brand from now on. "

"More activity for the kids, especially along the beach. Something like Soccer volleyball didn’t include kids was 11 years old. They didn’t session for the same age. At least I was in the other resort they have more activity for the kids."

"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Crown Paradise Club Cancun due to several issues. There are no restaurant options available aside from the main open buffet, which is quite poor compared to other all-inclusive resorts in the area. Restaurant reservations open at 8:00 AM and are fully booked within 2–3 minutes, giving you almost no chance to secure a spot. Another major issue is the lack of availability at both the beach and the pool. Guests reserve chairs by placing towels on them very early in the morning—I tried going at 6:00 AM, and everything was already taken. There is also no coffee shop on-site, and the staff appears to be limited due to underbooking and operational constraints. For the same price, you can definitely find a better resort where you can truly enjoy your vacation rather than having to compete just to eat or find a place to relax. I’m sorry to say this, but this experience did not meet expectations. For context, I’ve traveled every year for the past 11 years to destinations like Mexico, Jamaica, and Punta Cana—and this has been the worst experience so far."

"The property itself was clean and well maintained. Staff was incredibly friendly and we got excellent service. Truly impressed by the pool staff. They were busting drinks and food back and forth all day. Most of the food was good. The main buffet left a lot to the imagination. One of the five of us did get pretty bad food poisoning from one of the restaurants. All in all it was a great trip and we would be back again, we would just avoid salad as that seemed to be the factor in the food poisoning."
