Feet away. For best experience and food get the black bracelet . This will get you ocean view from restaurants and hotel room. All rooms have balconies and other hotels in Cancun don’t have this option. "

The staff mentioned all stood out on the grounds of excellent service and hospitality. It has made a lasting impression on me and I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for the caliber of service I received.
