The property is dated..but clean. We had a double queen room with a small balcony over the weekend for a UT game. Beds were super comfy, pillows could be improved..Hot showers..towels could be improved. But worth the stay on a budget! Cool A/C also. I would stay here again..very convenient area.

Great pleasant staff, helpful. Breakfast was good and hot tub where great amentities. Definitely made me red roof inn plus fan 😀.
