"The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. "
"Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy"
"Really, it's an adequate place to stay if cost is a factor. It was cheaper than the La Quinta next door, but not by much, and I wish I'd gone to the other because I was hosting my nieces. If it was just myself, the cost would have been the main factor and the inconveniences wouldn't have mattered. The place came across as a bit shabby. Clean, but shabby."
"Roaches dirty floor dirty sheets burn holes in blaket shower curtain rod sagging soakek the floor drawer missing from furniture drywall hanging from ceiling paint bubbling and feeling honestly I think its the people that own it "

"Great location with privacy. Large yard/acreage for kids to play. Large rooms for gathering with master bed/bath on separate side of home. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. The ice maker had trouble keeping up with our family of 5 so we bought and left some ice trays to help. We used the front porch every day and enjoyed the elevated view.Water pressure was strong with plenty of hot water available. Beds and linens were very nice and comfortable. Great family vacation "
"In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street."
