"Property was well maintained. Kimberly and Ryan made sure I knew how things worked on the houseboat that were different from a typical house on land. Great view of the Sausalito hills and harbors. Great Blue Herons and Egrets visited daily! Walking distance to shops, hardware, restaurants, Grocery, and library. Comfey bed and all appliances. Compact yet felt spacious with all of the windows and sunshine pouring in. Top notch communication and troubleshooting from the host. Five Stars"
