"The room was more on the smaller side of rooms we’ve stayed in at other hotels but it had everything we needed for our stay. We did not have a car and planned most of our stay around Fisherman’s Wharf so the location of this hotel was perfect. Short walking distance times to just about everything we wanted to do! The staff was very friendly and helpful and always easy to find. The property had a fun vibe with an outdoor area and game room. I would highly recommend The Zephyr to anyone wanting to be down near the Wharf!"

"I parked in their secure parking garage from $55 dollars. I parked up 3 levels from the ground floor. Within hours my car rental window was smashed out and my work equipment was stolen. All the receptionist could do is waive the parking charge. Which still showed up on my bill."
