It was a little rough when we checked in. There was only one person helping someone and had to leave the front desk for about 5 minutes that someone who was there before us ended up leaving. But finally someone came to help us check in. She was lovely and very helpful. Someone Came to clean our rooms every day we were there. Breakfast was standard. But it fit our needs. The staff was always greeting us as we passed and our rooms were very comfortable and a beautiful view of the water. I had to work a little bit and the view was a nice distraction.

We booked two rooms, both with two queen beds. The property is right next to a highway, so there was quite a bit of road noise, and unfortunately, the rooms were not quite what we expected based on the photos. One room partially faced the highway, with a lovely view of the highway and parking lot. The other had a large tree right up against the window, completely blocking any view of the water. If you’re booking a room with two queen beds, I wouldn’t count on getting the beautiful water views shown in the photos. Overall, the stay felt expensive for what we got, especially since I thought part of what we were paying for was the view. That said, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was clean but did have an odd smell. Parking was difficult one day because of an event but the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. This hotel is right off the interstate which is convenient but it is also loud - you can hear it at night. Overall the stay was fine, but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

What a gem of a hotel! Awesome service, clean and very nice rooms, great amenities and guest treats, delicious hot breakfast and fresh coffee at all hours. Stay here you will not be disappointed! Super close to SF downtown as well… what a place!
