The boat was fantastic and relaxing. It was surprising how big and well appointed it felt. Looking out at the water was perfect. The host gave us very clear video directions to find it, which were so helpful.

Peaceful and Serene

This was a surprise trip for my partner and it did not disappoint! We had such an amazing time and such a unique experience. We spent each evening on the back patio watching the sunset and the abundant wildlife. Walking distance to everything! The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Loved being right in town, but on the water. We enjoyed dinner on the back deck overlooking the harbor listening to live music from the nearby club. A very unique stay.

Had some initial issues, but Lourdes was quick to respond and solve the issues. It would help if someone could meet the renters upon arrival and walk through the particulars of the boat. Great location!!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

I highly recommend this property! Our stay was quiet and serene. The aquasuite was immaculate and beautiful. Lourdes was very communicative, friendly and helpful. We were literally steps from great restaurants and bars! I will definitely book this again!

Adorable boat

Lourdes quickly responded to my messages. Even though I could not see the #9 on the boat, the videos Lourdes sent made it impossible to miss. The property was super cute and was exactly as described. The location was perfect as it was very close to shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful houseboat stay

Wonderful houseboat. Clean design that opens up the place and makes the place looks spacier. We had everything we needed for the stay especially the kitchen. Great view of the water and quiet area. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom for a houseboat with nice water pressure and heat. We loved our stay. We will definitely come back.

Romantic getaway!

The Boat was romantic, adorable and cozy! The area quite and peaceful! Issues with parking, would have been nice to know in advance. The security camera is directed at the living space which was somewhat uncomfortable.

Wonderful houseboat experience!

Every detail of the houseboat is just perfection- the pictures don’t even do it justice. My husband and I stayed for a weekend and loved relaxing on the patio all day taking in the sweeping bay views. We tried 3 of the restaurants that are within a block and all were fabulous. Residents in surrounding houseboats on the same dock were warm and welcoming and Lourdes was a fantastic host. We will be back for sure!

A stay under Mount Tamalpais

The stay was wonderful, as the weather was being very cooperative. The people in the adjoining houseboats were friendly and kind. The only issue I had with the whole business was that I was being forced to join VRBO (the app) in order to communicate with the owner. The inability to do that triggered my PTSD, and that almost ruined my stay.

Aqua Suite with a Beautiful View

This aqua suite did not disappoint. The houseboat was charming and comfortable. Lourdes was easy to communicate with, and I loved the informational videos to get to know the suite. Enjoyed the seals in the morning while having tea on the deck. The only issue was that there were coffee grounds and a k-cup left in the coffee machines. Other than that everything was clean and inviting. We would definitely visit again.

Nice change of pace

Staying on a houseboat is a bit unusual, but the Acqua-suite met all our needs and the gentle rocking promotes great sleep! We had no desire to stay in SF due to crime, poop, etc., and love the Sausalito area -- and its proximity to Muir Woods -- and it's still a 15 minute ride to our destinations in SF. Lourdes was very responsive and helpful, and the suite has a number of thoughtful touches including coffee options, a full usable kitchen, and pleasant sitting areas. Thanks Lourdes!

Incredible, beautiful, and special

We stayed at acqua-suite for two nights while visiting SF and Muir Woods. It was better than expected because there was a band playing both nights across the bay, so at night we sat on the boat drinking wine, watching the sea lions play, and listening to live music. The music was across the bay, so when inside the boat it was quiet. Truly magical. The parking was confusing for us at first because we thought we’d have to pay $50 a night- but you can park on the street for free- just look up the rules regarding colors of the curb. The bathroom was more accommodating than I would have expected. I was planning on “glamping on a boat” which is pretty accurate- but with so much charm.

Lovely boat, very boho vibe to it. Comfortable bed. My biggest issue was the temperature. Granted, it was chilly in Sausalito (40-50), but the boat was very cold even with the heaters on.
