New kitchen set-up with cooking appliances.New hot & cold shower, Unit is fully furnished with initial toiletries, drinks and extra bed linens, Free unlimited Wifi data (up to 300mbps. FHD 40" Led smart android tv with built-in applications i.e. Netflix, You tube , chromecast, and other various apps. Free Netflix. Self check-in & check-out is available with lockbox & code. Free use of gym. Water is free of charge and a Php4000 electricity subsidy (300 kwhr) per month the excess electricity consumption is on your account. Minimum stay is 30 days. Please read and agree with the house rules before you book.
