Excellent stay with huge space!
"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. We were amazed by the space, the comfort of the beds, the huge kitchen, and great darkening curtains.We were there 4 days as a family of 4 and felt very comfortable the whole time. The front desk was also very receptive. Overall, it was wonderful!"

"lobby is packed almost everyday. too small to accommodate guests and elevators are confusing as well. you have to use a minimum of 2 elevators to get to your room. also, they charged me P2,600.00 for a one way ride from the airport to the hotel when we agreed that I will only be charged P2,300.00 ..."

"Cable is not working, request for extra towel comes with extra charge. No slippers available. No parking available - all are paid parking and worse, your slot will be at the bottom that might cause damage to your car. I will not recommend the hotel."

"This isn't a hotel. Shouldn't be listed on hotels.com. It is an Airbnb type service in a highrise condo. There were a ton of BUGS. No soap or things for the shower. One towel."

lobby is packed almost everyday. too small to accommodate guests and elevators are confusing as well. you have to use a minimum of 2 elevators to get to your room. also, they charged me P2,600.00 for a one way ride from the airport to the hotel when we agreed that I will only be charged P2,300.00 which is still too steep for an old Toyota sedan. paying $175/ night is not worth it here. you are better off staying at Shangri-la/ Grand Hyatt the Fort for this price.

Stayed there for 10 days for the quarantine requirement..Staff are courteous and kind. Food is being delivered to your room and its horrible taste / quality food. Theres no microwave / refrigerator in the room .Phone in the room works only within the hotel. Good thing I brought a unlock phone and asked them to buy me a sim card . Also there wifi has a good signal! Room is clean however its outdated and some furniture are broken. They have an “ errand “ time where you can ask them to buy stuff from 7-11 only. They don't allow delivery food at all. Theres also a camera in the hallway because you are not allowed to get out of the room at all! They give you your sheets / towel replacement if requested.There always a coast guard on duty to monitor the occupants.
