The property was very clean and had everything most westerners are custom to. The huge fridge, fast wifi, and air conditioning were very nice to have. "Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back. "

"The property is a beautiful facility. However, the rooms are individually owned and for my stay, I was moved three times for pest control. I was only given one key for me and my family. When the door closed with the key inside, I was forced to pay a locksmith to open the room. An additional key was not provided nor would the front desk open the unit.
