I will definitely stay there again it is so convenient! Especially when you are departing from NAIA the following morning. They have a nice buffet style breakfast included and the complementary shuttle was clean and efficient and in general the service was great!

I love that the friendly and accommodating staff let us checkin as early as 6am as we arrived from a long commute from the province. I always book to this hotel as it is only 5 minutes away from the airport, with free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is very close to a lot of amenities and food chains below the hotel. The room is clean, and breakfast is included.

Good air conditioning unit inside the room. Front desk was very helpful in coordinating my follow on flight to Boracay. The step up from the room in the bathroom was unique. Water pressure was good. Our flight arrived at 11:30pm and we were instructed by the hotel to call them once we were outside of the airport. It was 12:30am by the time we retrieved our luggage and got outside to call. They gave us the shuttle plate number and told us to look for a white van. We were in the shuttle driving away from the airport at 12:43am. Excellent! Very easy after 29 hours of travel. The shuttle took us to the front door and carried our luggage in. The check in was super and we were escorted to our room. The room was clean and cool, the shower was hot, the beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet for being so close to the airport. The next morning after a super awesome night of sleep we went to the front desk for breakfast. The doorman escorted us to an off site restaurant for the breakfast buffet which was very good. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The staff was amazing and professional. We have already booked our second stay!
