"Stayed 3 nights. Property was nice but have to pay for parking. Guards take parking fees without giving a receipt. One guard came up to the unit to charge for additional fees. "

"Staff not friendly. Upon check in, unpaid water bill of the owner, forced the guest to pay before checking in. Unable to communicate with the owner regarding this matter. Of course I did not pay the debt, but it took me sometime before I check in. The room is clean, with WiFi. No hot water and the bathroom sink is clogged. "

"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

Just need to improve about swimmingpool policy atleast 1 2 or 3 person free 😊 Anyway this area has a nice swimmingpool but sad to say wasn’t free 100 per head and same prices to your kids weekdays ☹️. Only infant free. 150 weekends And I don’t know about. after 5 days from our arrival that we always go to pool. I thought only attendance so I wrote all the names even we wasn’t go to swim. Only setting there...

"The the owner was very responsive. They have a great place. The service from the staff is excellent. I wast treated with 5 star service. The place is in a good location everything you need is within walk walking distance. I will stay here every time I come to Manila."
