The Space:
LOCATION
We’re 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station so if you’re arriving by train it’s super convenient!
We’re in the heart of the City Centre so you're surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants with our favourite vegetarian Indian restaurant, Bundobust, just a minutes walk away.

TRANSPORT
Our closest train station is Piccadilly and it’s only 2 minutes walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is in the same place or from Piccadilly Gardens which is also 2 minutes walk away.

PARKING:
There’s paid parking right opposite our building.

We are pet friendly (No cats allowed as the owner is allergic) but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Great property minutes walk away from Piccadilly Station and tram/bus stops and location ideal for shopping. Lovely comfortable beds and nice decor. Loved the building. Good communication with hosts.

The apartment layout worked great for our family. More than enough space and it was nice that the 3 bedrooms were in separate areas of the apartment. The decor is very stylish and comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive.

Really near everything we needed. Spacious.Two of the bedrooms are mezzanines so not v private and can only be as dark as the rooms below. The kitchen has no curtains. I’d def stay again but perhaps not in the middle of summer.

Fantastic flat

The listing cannot describe how lovely this property is. The owners are extremely helpful with pre check in, check in and check out. Perfect location too.
