"Phenomenal property. Great location for other excursions. Sea turtles and monk seals right on the beach. Saw humpbacks from the beach. Every staff member interaction was primo. Valet gave us wonderful ideas for restaurants. Clean room with gorgeous ocean view. We enjoyed some quiet evenings enjoying a cocktail on the balcony. Next time we are in Kauai this is exactly where we will stay. "

"We stayed at the Sheraton Kauai resort villas during spring break (we are a family of 4). We really enjoyed the property which provided enough variety give it is not the size of some of much larger resorts on the island. Besides the pool, my kids (12 and 15) really enjoyed playing garden chess and corn hole. It was really convenient to have a kitchenette and the ability to do laundry in the villa. We just wish the kitchen came with either 2 sets of dishes and utensils (or a dishwashing liquid, a sponge and a drying rack to do dishes by hand) since it did not make sense to run the dishwasher for 4 plates after each meal. The property itself is in a great location and near a nice shopping center. There are also 2 restaurants on site and a convenience store/gift shop on the premise. Would definitely recommend."

"Great house for a large group. Kitchen and gathering area upstairs including dining area and outdoor deck space is stellar! Modest ocean view from upstairs. 4 bed queen room upstairs is bunk beds. One of the bedrooms downstairs is without easy bathroom access. Beautiful back yard area that is perfect for kiddos, including a one year old. Equipment provided is much appreciated. Snorkel gear, bikes, scooter and more! We spent most of our beach time at Poipu as it is close, kid friendly and beautiful. Good snorkeling access, turtles resting, etc. We found it easier to drive to our desired locations. House is clean, well appointed. Communication with host was smooth and quick. Hot tub and pool ( tiki bar!) used dailyHighly recommend. Check with host that room layout is what you’re expecting and meets your needs. "

"Kitchen was grimy. Sticky handles on fridge & cupboards. For a week stay, only two dishwasher pods & a tiny bottle of dish soap and one roll of tp per bathroom. Bring your own tp & beach items because the property offers ZERO. No chairs, snorkels, toys the beach basics. ZERO “nice to have while on vacation” but front desk very happy to tell you where to buy or rent those items. Check in was a disaster. Because of the road construction, one couldn’t access the main office to check in making process a joke, especially arriving after hours, late at night, in an unfamiliar area on poorly marked roads. Our property wasn’t even near the main office. Staff could have sent a message with the actual address of our unit and how to access the combo for a key instead of having to go through a phone tree (at the elusive office) with operators who couldn’t spell (had to tell the first operator who finally answered how to spell a simple last name three times), and a second operator who couldn’t find the correct combo for our key. Front desk the next morning came across as annoyed and unfriendly at best. Furniture on deck was hazardous. Legs on chairs almost completely rusted through. No sleep for a week due to crowing rooster near bedroom door (illegal to feed-no one knew this yet unit below kept feeding). We opted to stay one night at a different complex in Princeville. Welcoming staff, warm reception, clean condo, no roosters. Finally one night’s rest. Will stay there in future. "

"What an incredible house! Our group of 11 had an amazing time in Poipu and this home definitely played a part in that. From the check-in process with Rocco (who is amazing), to the awesome pool, gorgeous landscaping, comfortable beds, great spaces to relax and hang out, and close access to the beach and walking paths this house delivered. Lots of amenities to use at the beach and the pool. Great communication with both Jan and Rocco. Looking forward to the chance to come again. "

"The only downside about staying here is we had to leave. I don’t know if it was the island, the house or combination of both but after 10 days I’m ready to go home. This time we didn’t want to leave. This house is incredible and management is extremely professional and makes the stay enjoyable hats off to the owner for designing such a great home. I would love to replicate this house in California"
