Our family stayed in L-Avenue hotel for one night. We arrived early and the front desk lady helped us checked in. The other lady in the Cafe area was also very nice and welcoming. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great too, high recommend this hotel!

​I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay here. We have traveled extensively as a family, and this was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely taken care of. ​What really sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They didn't just do their jobs, they truly went out of their way to be kind and welcoming: ​Isla at breakfast was an absolute ray of sunshine. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, starting every morning on such a positive note. ​The Concierge (the charming older gentleman) was fantastic. He was so helpful and genuinely nice, it shows how much he loves his job. ​A massive, heartfelt thank you to Sophie. We were celebrating my son's birthday during our trip, and she made it a point to make the occasion extra special for him. ​Beyond the service, the facilities were impeccable. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. It is rare to find a hotel room that truly has everything you could possibly need, but they nailed it here. We loved staying at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming, we were very happy to receive an upgrade! The suite was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The area is very central at Avenue Louise, with lots of options for shopping and dining, and a tram stop just a hop away. We will be back! 😊

Perfect work stay

This is probably one of the best places I have ever stayed for work travel. The room is very spacious and having the separate living room area and kitchen is amazing to come back to. It felt like more of an apartment than hotel room. The kitchen had everything I could possibly need. Great toiletries and comfortable bed as well. The only downside I would say is that they didn't have a bathrobe

Where you'll stay!

A gem of a hotel right on the renowned Ave Louise opposite the Blue Tower. Prime location with hotel parking available or metered parking on the street or behind the hotel on the rue Jourdan (via the app "Seety" or Parkin meters). Hotel has every amenity, excellent food and a bar and fitness center and an outside terrace with sun exposure. Staff is courteous, friendly and professional and exceeds expectations. They anticipate your every need. Have stayed at many hotels in the city before--both chains and boutiques--and this is it for me! Tram stop is right at the corner on Ave Vleurgat with quick options into the city and there are pharmacies, a carrefour, a bakery and a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. Go! Go! Go!
