Nice neighborhood home close to downtown.

Enjoyed this cute little bungalow as our home-base. Could walk to a couple restaurants or quick drive to the larger downtown area. Many shops and restaurants were closed Sunday and Monday, but we still had a great time. You have some views of the mountains in the distance and a nice fenced in backyard. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood and you can hear them barking. The house is roomy and exceptionally comfortable!

Beautiful Town

We enjoyed our stay in Waynesville. The home was clean.It's a little dated but very comfortable. If in Waynesville again, I certainly check to see if the house in available.

Small house in Hazelwood

The house was centrally located to downtown and Hazelwood village. House was tastefully decorated and nicely outfitted. Our dog enjoyed the deep leaves in the back yard.

Great little cottage

Very nice cottage within walking distance of Hazelwood Village. Little far for winter walking into Waynesville, especially at night. All in all, nice location, great cottage.

Cute. Looked clean. There was a tiny bit of pink mold in the shower drain- vinegar and baking soda will clean that right up. The dogs liked it and we loved being close to Waynesville. We’ll be back!

Renter beware

I never received info on how to get into the property and now I find out it was an inconvenience to the owner to contact them, however all instructions only gave their contact info for issues. Next black mold on the bottom of the shower liner, smelled like a dead skunk covered by plug ins all around the house. AC didn’t work contacted the owner but repairs to be addressed the next day “shortly” can’t sleep in 75degrees. Back window had no blinds or shades so streetlight shines in master bedroom all night. With 2 nights of 75-76 very little sleep we decided to leave one day early by check out time and advise we were leaving due to conditions of the home, asked for one day refund the gracious owner offers me $94 😩 I declined and thanked her for her rental insight. So RENTER BEWARE ..

Cute little cottage

Great location. Parking is tight for two cars but it’s not uncommon in that area. There’s a little road noise but I didn’t notice it as much at night. We will stay here again.

The property was very clean and cozy! The owner was very accommodating with the multiple date changes we were having due to the storm. Had breakfast down the street. Only regret is that we wish we had booked a longer stay

Fantastic cottage

We loved everything about this little cottage so much that I have already rebooked it for our March stay! I do wish I had more street lights and a little more parking, but it worked just fine.

Perfect little house

Stayed here for a quick sister's weekend but brought my 21 month old daughter along. The set up was perfect, and the house had everything you could need. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend
