"Check in was quick. The front desk was extremely helpful when needed (for an extra towel). Hotel was very clean and well kept upon entering and in the rooms. Location was perfect for a very quick walk to Times Square, Hells Kitchen, and many other areas of interest. Coffee/cafe right outside of the entrance, as well. Only issue was the elevator service. Mornings (checkout time) both days there were only two of four elevators in service...eventually leading to the14 floor hike down. "

"This is a prime location for exploring NYC. Right at Times Square and super close to a subway station. Many great food options conveniently right outside the front door. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were some of the nicest folks I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Highly recommend. "

"It was great, the only thing was that we ran out of shower gel and they were not able to refill the bottle in the shower instead they provided small soap bar."

"This hotel is conveniently located and we were very pleased with our stay. Huge shot out the the manage Wesley for making things right when we had a hiccup at the beginning. His A+ service is what made this hotel and stay perfect "

"Everything clicked during my stay! The room was clean and spacious. Looked brand new; comfortable bed. My husband loved the location [Starbucks and other casual places nearby}. Felt very safe. Great staff. Minor downside: The bathroom was awkwardly positioned and might have been a former closet. Also, not a fan of having to call to get ice brought to room. "
