"Thought place was impressively clean. Had all the comforts one would want or expect. Living room was very comfortable. The woodwork made the home very inviting. Big driveway was good. 5 minute ride to subway station was important as well. Was very fortunate to meet the owner(Mark) as we pulled into the driveway. He gave a quick rundown of a few items including some restaurants ideas. It was very clear to me that the owner has spent a lot of time and money on making it a great place to stay."

"Everything from check in to check out was easy! The location is excellent, close to RT 1. Lovely simplistic decor. Meticulously clean. Very comfortable beds . Gorgeous landscaping. We had a dog with us and walking him was easy in the neighborhood. Close to breakheart reservation for a nature walk. Great home away from home! Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent location but apartment was not clean, floors were dirty, bathtub was dirty, no coffee maker or basic things at every VRBO I've stayed in, such as salt, pepper, sugar. My 22 month old granddaughter found a piece of glass on the bathroom floor, and I later found another piece near the front door, which I left on the desk. Would not recommend staying here."

"We enjoyed our stay in Boston and this location was great! The apartment was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few blocks from some good food options and small stores. There are no pictures shown but there is a third bedroom and the sleeping space is lofted. Would recommend this space to anyone looking to explore what Boston has to offer."

"The apartment was as advertised, and quiet despite being on a Main Street. Rooms were a good size with storage. Did not utilize the deck/patio area. Everything was adequately appointed. Beds, linens, rooms were clean. There are restaurants and stores close enough to pick up anything you might have forgotten. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Parking is on street and available. The host was communicative and prompt with responses."

"We had a small celebration for my sister's Bachelorette party here with a few of her friends and my mother. Overall, we loved the location being so near to Encore Casino, communication with the host was fantastic, a beautiful fireplace and it had absolutely everything we needed for a fun night-in. My only issue was how slippery the floors were. They look incredibly clean, but there must be some sort of polish on them that makes it dangerous. At first it was fun, but by the end of the first...

"Stayed here for one night with my son when we arrived in Boston to launch our week of college visits. It is walkable to tufts and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Communication with the host with my only complaint. We had questions ahead of time that went unanswered. They were clear instructions inside the unit itself but no help ahead of time from the host. My main concern was parking street parking is available though it was jammed up when we arrived. It did open up later in the evening....

"The apartment was newly renovated and comfortable. The manager was responsive and accomodating. The location worked well for us. Having previously lived in MA we were familiar with the area. I would figure out a way to let people know it is on the 3rd floor before booking though because some people may have a problem with the stairs. There may have been a mention but I missed it somewhere."

"We have family here in Wakefield, so visit often. Yanti’s property is by far the nicest property we have stayed in here..and we will definitely be repeat customers! The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed. Yanti was very accommodating; we checked in very late and she was kind enough to make up the sofa bed for us. Main Street is just a few minutes walk away, and has great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery options."

"Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away...
