"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this clean, beautiful Somerville apartment. There was the perfect amount of room for 8 adults in town to explore the city, with all of the amenities we could ask for. No issues with parking, and Marina allowed us to park early before our check in time, which was very helpful."

"Excellent location - easy walk to Commonwealth and Beacon Ave, in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The unit had all the basics. The two bedrooms and 1-1/2 bath setup worked great for a couple and a single, allowing plenty of privacy and shared space. The building is occupied mainly by students from BU, with lots of comings and goings; however, we were never disturbed by noise. We would stay here again. Excellent value for the amount of space and the location."

"So we had to complain after we got there late and the sofa was broken, trash was still in the place full, sheets and pillows were nasty. It seemed like the place was not cleaned properly but they corrected it the next day. The only other thing was the link i was sent was not working for check out which added extra anxiety. Sadly overall it would have been a good stat but was not as advertised. I will not be staying here again."

"The house was beautiful and very clean. My cousin (an adult) loved staying in the little tent in the big room. Plenty of parking, good quiet neighborhood and close to both Boston and Salem which was perfect for our trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Coffee was stocked which was very appreciated by all of the over caffeinated women of my family. :-) The only notes we had was that the ceiling is thin so the upstairs neighbors walking around or whatever other activities they were doing...
