"The key card feature in the elevators is not activated, so people who don't stay at the hotel can get to any floor, which is a big safefy concern. The room is clean but the shower is too small. The front desk staff are not very friendly. The waiters at Paperback Tavern treat guests very differently, more friendly and welcoming to White guests."

"I am pretty easy to please but we just hated this place. I felt ripped off. $35 for I can’t remember what, $38 for parking , $250 hold, etc. We stayed in a town house room and it felt claustrophobic the entire time. You can’t open your drapes or else everyone can see in. The bathroom had almost no privacy and everything is shoe horned into the space. The layout and privacy is absolutely awful. Breakfast is a joke. There were some bagels, old cheese slices, and a bit of coffee. Overall, there is zero chance I’d ever stay at this place again. I can’t believe the price we paid for this. "

"I experienced neither the business services nor breakfast because of my schedule. TWO observations: there’s a super steam in the room which requires distilled water in order to use it. Only if I’m carrying a jug of distilled water could I use it - consider the Front Desk’s having it on hand. And the other, more critical - a BIG step up from the curb to walkway in front - with no railing or consideration of aging or physically challenged guests. Otherwise, they provided the restaurant can solve its serving issues Atlas is a FIRST RATE PLACE "
