The property is undergoing renovations which made bar/evening dining unavailable and weekdays noisy, but the staff made extra efforts to accommodate all we needed. easy walk to back bay amenities and the T. We'd absolutely stay again"

"From check in to check out the experience was outstanding. Front desk truly made me feel welcomed. Extremely professional, courteous accommodating prompt. Room was immaculate. Staff at complimentary breakfast was polite, inviting smile, helpful by making her herself available to any and everyone there at the dining area. From answering questions and or getting extra napkins for one of the guests. Thanks to everyone at the Hyatt for making this experience feel like a wonderful dream "

"Nick and Jeff were so accommodating when we arrived. They were gracious enough to accommodate a request we made regarding our room. Valet was prompt bringing items to our room. The bed was too firm in my opinion, but that’s such a personal preference that I can’t reasonably allow it to impact my review. Water pressure in the shower? Phenomenal. The toilet was separate from the shower area which was helpful while sharing the space. Everything was clean and quiet. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning!"
