"The hotel was beautiful. Very open feel and staff were friendly. When you walk in you smell the smoke from the Spanish restaurant instantly. If smoke bothers you, beware as it spreads over entire hotel. The beds are firm which was not great for my spinal issues. Our tv didn’t work and there was no hotel bartender. Had to try and get seat at restaurant to get a drink."

"Breakfast was great! Property was old from the exterior and needed to be painted and parking lot needed a high pressure wash. Did not represent the name “Crown Plaza” Room was clean. Television was old and was not a smart TV that streamed services could be accessed. Pool was tiny, little bigger than a jacuzzi, very disappointing. "

"My stay at Bedford Hotel Plaza was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the place felt neglected and poorly maintained. The swimming pool was completely unacceptable — there wasn’t even any water in it. Instead of being a relaxing hotel facility, it looked abandoned and unusable, which was incredibly disappointing considering it was advertised as one of the hotel amenities. The room itself was just as bad. The windows didn’t even close properly, which meant constant noise from outside and cold air coming in all night. It made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably, and it also felt very unsafe. Breakfast was the final disappointment. Not only was the food low quality and poorly presented, but there were actual bugs around the breakfast area. Seeing insects near food completely ruined my appetite and raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Overall, the entire hotel felt run-down, unhygienic, and badly managed. I would absolutely not recommend Bedford Hotel Plaza to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean place to stay. There are far better hotels for the same price. Very disappointing experience."

"Definitely need improvement in the rooms. A handle on the dresser was broken and thus the drawer was unusable. Had a thermostat in the room, but it was not hooked up at all. There were people partying in the hotel until 2:00 a.m. with music blasting throughout the entire hotel, but there was no response or action taken by hotel staff."

"Just there for an overnight. Very modern and lovely hotel..Very large room, very good coffee in the morning in the lobby. Just not used to the noise from the highway right out the window."

"Room was clean but noisy the hotel literally is on top the highway and you can get the whole thing from outside thru the wall A/C we tried to turned the heat at night and has a humid smell that stinks the whole room. Have to call to front desk around midnight due to some kids playing hockey in the hallway apparently was normal that parents let the kids been disrespectful and the front desk lady was rude and apologized saying that was my fault feel like that in resume I will never be back to this hotel my 3 nights were horrible "
