"Reception desk and concierge desk needs to be more welcoming and helpful. This was our first visit to Boston and we would have welcomed more information about the area. Restaurants and trolly pick up areas etc. We didn’t even realize there was a coffee/bakery cafe(the Tradesman) in the hotel. We discovered it the third day we were there on our own. Some handout pamphlets would be a great help. We were there on vacation for a week not a business meeting. Perhaps that’s why we were overlooked."
