"The room was clean, the staff was amazing, kind and helpful. One downside to our stay is that my daughter’s PHE PHE New York sweatshirt went missing. I called their security department who was very helpful, told me he would go up to the room make sure it wasn’t in a drawer or the closet, and talk to the room attendant. I haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s been three days. The hotel has so much history, the Kennedy’s, the ghosts, the dinner rolls even have a story it was fun to learn about it. "

"Clean room and easy access "

"This is my favorite place to stay in Boston so it is hard to say that this trip was challenging. A blinking smoke alarm was particularly aggressive, the iPad in my room stopped working, and the hairdryer hinge was broken. Unfortunately, the staff response to these issues wasn’t the best. I don’t think it was that they were intentionally rude but more maybe a lack of training. Just don’t hang up on a guest before they end the call, don’t put someone on hold without telling them, wait on people in the order that they come to the desk and don’t inconvenience a guest to make something more convenient for you. Little things go a long way. I also have to say that this is the first and only time I have had this kind of experience at Citizen M. I have stayed at this hotel five or six times and all the other visits had absolutely no issues and the staff were terrific. Maybe something was just off this past weekend."

"The young lady that checked me in was phenomenal the entire hotel stay was amazing the room was super clean the gym and pool is 10 out 10 soon as you step out the door you are in walking distance of everything this will be my hotel stay every time I visit Boston high five to the entire Hyatt Team you are do it right for the customer experience "

"Not many options for breakfast. There was a parking fee added that I wasn't aware of because listing just said parking available. I didn't see anything about an extra fee. "
