"Had 2 nights over Christmas and Room was perfect, everything required on hand nice big shower/bathroom The keyless entry system is so good Will definately be staying again when we visit Harrogate again "

"Nevada was back!! Otherwise, the usual comfortable stay in nice quiet surroundings and good choice of dining options. Dom was also very helpful when I checked in on the first night. Front of house is first impressions at any hotel and these staff are exceptional."
