"Room was good &very clean. My main criticism was the tidying up from the Toymaster convention left the place looking quite messy & was noisy late into the evening & early the next morning. Also £18 a night for parking is ridiculously high"

"One of Bradford's stand out luxury hotels, conveniently located opposite Bradford Interchange and walking distance from shops and restaurants. Well appointed, comfortable rooms, with modern facilities in an historic building. Despite being on a main street, it is quiet. The only gripe was the luke warm shower. Will continue to use the Great Victoria when visiting Bradford."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Check-in was simple, staff were helpful and the hotel has clearly been renovated recently to a high standard. Breakfast was up there with the best I've ever had in a hotel. Also cracking view over the town and beyond from the Skybar in which the breakfast was served. We also ate on the Sunday evening in the Pickled Sprout restaurant. Again, everything we ate we really enjoyed. (Would love the French Onion soup recipe. It was the best I've ever had). The location of the hotel cannot be faulted. The town centre is more or less on your doorstep and Betty's is literally across the road. We'll be back in Harrogate as soon as we can and have no doubt that we'll book The Yorkshire Hotel on our return. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay memorable and enjoyable."

"No food in late evening which was a shame as I missed dinner at an event I was attending in Leeds. Overnight the hotel was very noisy with sound travelling between floors etc. The staff were nice but a little indifferent. The breakfast was part cold and the coffee was terrible. Didn’t get a chance to try the spa."
