"The hotel is swank and in a great location. I upgraded to a Superior room on the 3rd floor. I have two suggestions. 1) you need bigger towels, (they are like face cloths) 2) you have to find a way to add storage for clothes, maybe a shelf under the bed. I could not imagine staying there with my wife with her clothes. No place for luggage either. Other than that the staff was great, the roof deck was amazing and the location is enviable. Brian"

"This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are all the best of the best. The hotel has a recent redesign that keeps all of the old world splendor with all of the newest technology and design. All of the public rooms are really well done but not at all stuffy. "I loved my stay at Sofitel, the staffs are the warmest and super helpful. Room is so clean and they changed sheets for us everyday. Tbh I haven’t experienced this good service for a long time in the US, this almost felt a little unreal. However, I have to point out that the breakfast is quite disappointing. It is said until 11am but 10:15am they already took away everything. And the salad was all rotten veggies in my bowl…..the breakfast is so expensive, highly recommend eating outside. "

It gave them privacy and there was a charger for electronics in the pods. Would definitely stay again! We had the room that fit six and there was five of us. "Loved the location! Notre Dame right across the street. Our room had a partial view- we looked straight on to the Seine. If we looked more to the right, we could see Notre Dame.
