The hotel has a recent redesign that keeps all of the old world splendor with all of the newest technology and design. All of the public rooms are really well done but not at all stuffy. "I stayed at four hotels during my Paris trip and this was by far my favorite! I enjoyed my time there so much I tried to stay longer but they were fully booked. Great room amenities, towel warmer which I want now and a bidet (first time using one) it was fine. Staff spoke great English and all except one (short older man) made me feel completely welcomed. I heard him yell at the sweet girl at the front desk a few times during my stay when she was just being a good host. But even that didn’t ruin...
