The checkin in the second floor is unusual. My husband arrived with 5 bags and there was no one to assist him, which posed a bit of a problem, shelping the bags from the curb inside. Otherwise, the room was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent facility and service. Only thing to be aware is that it is at least a mile away from any of the major attractions and Uber and taxi can sometimes be hard to get. The hotel itself, though is great and the staff was excellent!

The hotel itself is beautifully modern, impeccably clean, fantastic breakfast, and perfectly located, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional team that runs it. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel or a more compassionate group of people. Thank you to everyone at the Pullman Montparnasse for helping during our challenging situation and ensuring we still had a truly memorable and comfortable stay. We’ll be forever grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to return and also recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

It was nice and very tourist friendly, definitely more luxurious than other nearby hotels. I wish the shower had a door though, water got EVERYWHERE

This hotel was top-notch in every way. The room was modern, yet comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming with all the delicious options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, I'd stay here again.

Great hotel in Paris

The hotel is in a great location. Once we came out of the hotel take a walk to the right of the hotel and cross the street and you come to a lovely area with great restaurants and shops. Very convenient. The hotel offered an amazing breakfast and the staff were fabulous. I will definitely come again.
