Loved it would do it again. It’s kids friendly and helpful staff

Unfortunately, this hotel is subpar on many levels, including safety, customer service, and ambiance. (1) safety: We had heard accounts of staff members entering rooms while guests were still present by our friends. But to see it is to believe it. On two separate occasions, staff members entered our rooms without our permission. On the second time, we even had a do not disturb sign present and staff still entered. Second, the toilet flush mechanism broke after just one use. No staff member came to repair even though made phone calls for help (2) customer service: When we booked the trip, the room description clearly said "king bed, twin bed and sofa bed". Upon arrival, that was not true. When asked to speak with customer service, they were not willing to negotiate or help us with an upgrade. In fact, they asked us to look at other hotels as a solution! (3) ambiance: The hotel lobby constantly smelled of sewage. Mixed in with the heating system (due to the cold weather) and the result was a nauseating smell that started in the lobby and extended into the elevators.
