Hotel location is a very good base to explore London as Victoria train / tube stations is very close and the zone is relatively safe at night. The hotel is somehow new and very techy (a mini TV on a mini bathroom is not needed), however the problem (as I would say with most London hotel) is the size of the room. You were not able to open 2 carry-on bags in the floor without having to step on them to get to the bed. I would stay again based on the price, but not a London favorite for me.

Lovely clean room. Fantastic location - quiet area to retreat after days in queues and crowds. Shower was amazing. Little patio was nice addition. AC welcomed after a week of heat! Would highly recommend!

Stunning room with everything you could need apart from a kettle for a cup of tea. Bed was incredibly comfy, the blackout blinds were wonderful and so nice to have a tv with soundbar to really enjoy a film. The only issue was a 5:15 wake up due to the fire alarm going off but that was due to an inconsiderate guest vaping and no fault of the hotel or staff.

First, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Second, the room was exceedingly small. You ad the slide sideways to get past the end of the bed and there was no room to open your suitcase except on the bed. Third, the abundance of technology in the room was too much. Sometimes it was actually unhelpful. Also, if you happen to take your key card out of the control slot, the room reset the temperature from cooling (what we had it set on) to heat AND then reset the temperature to 76. Not helpful when the outside temperature was 80 degrees.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were cozy but very nice and tastefully decorated. Great location, quiet, and rooms are actually quite soundproof. There was a party in the room next door which we noticed coming in one night, but we heard absolutely nothing once we were in our room. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.
