From arrival to departure, very friendly and helpful staff, clean towels, bed and room, lovely residential area. Bedroom carpet clean but tired and breakfast was ok for continental, a cooked option would have been my preferred choice, would stay their again though.

Excellent hotel in a quiet but accessible locale.

Helpful and efficient staff. Very useful left luggage facility for both ends of the trip. Clean and well-considered room. Will definitely stay again when in the area as also conveniently located for two tube stations.

All you need for a stay in London

Very good place to stay in a nice area close to the Tube. Quiet, very good shower and hair dryer and TV. Comfortable bed and nice thick curtains. Helpful staff and convenient luggage storage room. Would definitely come again.

Location is in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk Barons court tube which is perfect for both Piccadilly and District lines. Staff were friendly and the breakfast basic but fresh.

Loved the hotel. My concierge when I arrived was great. My only issue was the 3 rd floor walk up and no elevator. I had a very difficult time with 7 flights in total especially when I was carrying items.

Rather small rooms but very neat & clean. Lovely breakfast, everything fresh. Has steps to reception, no lift - but there are ground floor rooms. Easy walk to 2 pubs, North End Rd, & very nice Thai eatery, seemed a little expensive - but hey it's London

Nice stay in west Kensington

Room is nice but tight. Thermostat doesn’t work. No lift, lots of steps. Good breakfast. Staff was nice. Ice on request at front desk. Neighborhood is good. Close to 2 underground stations, grocery, restaurants.

Hotel seems to be few victorian houses put together. Not bad. Little dark and dingy. Old dirty carpets. But surprisingly the bathroom was upto date and good. Receptionist(s) are not very friendly people. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

Competitively priced and a great location. The room was tiny and the bathroom even tinier. I don’t think plus sized people would be able to use it easily! Decent shower. Beds were comfortable and the interior of the hotel is stylish. Breakfast was fine for continental, but a shame that children were charged at the same rate as an adult. The single croissant and apple juice that my daughter had wasn’t really worth the £7.50!

A great location near the London Olympia and underground both within a short walking distance. Nice breakfast. Room was only 16 degrees on arrival but on request heating was turned on but it never went above 20 degrees. Top window would not close completely leaving cold air to sneak in. If you like cool it was fine but if you like a warm room not so much.

decen hotel in West Ken

Decent enough hotel for a one night stay. the curtains in our room didn’t block out the light so be prepared with an eye mask (as i was!). the shower in our room needed a clean to in block the nozzles with limescale. something that should’ve been obvious to anyone cleaning it..when i highlighted it to reception to explain that for future guests it would be good i was told that i was wrong and that the shower was working fine! Grumbles aside, it was a convenient place for us and quiet overnight - overall decent.

Extortionate parking charges

Becareful if you are travelling by car, the property advertises parking available, but the property has no parking u have to park on the street, and pay a parking fee of £34per day we stayed 4 days costing an extra £136. Its not that i mind paying my issue is the hotel advertising parking but not stating there is a charge

The hotel is near Baron’s court and West Kensington underground stations. The place is quiet. The cons of the hotel is it’s not disabled friendly nor pram friendly since there is no ramp. The room we got is very small for a family with 2 small kids. Not sure if the room was well cleaned, especially the floor since we’ve found trash here and there (a little hanger and a pacifier) The bathroom is cold since they don’t have any warm elements there, not in the floor or oven available. The cups on the room has broken edges and the water cooker is not clean.

I specifically filtered for accommodation that offered breakfast and parking. This hotel offered two types of double standard, one with a continental breakfast included and a slightly more expensive with breakfast included which I took to mean cooked breakfast, hence the price difference. I was wrong, it was continental only and no gluten free options, nor decaff coffee. Staff were very apologetic, but they were not in a position to resolve this. Very disappointing. Hotel parking was also not available, it was in fact on-street parking at £6 per hour, which I did not find out until my arrival and the website did not specify this. The decking steps and walkway to the breakfast room are outside and due to the frost were exceptionally slippy and I nearly fell. I mentioned this to staff and received an apology but no action taken to try and resolve.It then struck me that if you had any kind of mobility difficulties, this would not be a good place to stay. The room itself was very nice, clean and warm enough in this cold snap, but bulbs had blown on the lamps and the basin plug did not work/pop up to allow the sink to drain. Minor things but irritating on top everything else. It would be nice if management would empower staff to resolve problems and be transparent on the website.
