"My daughter and I stayed at Hotel X last week for a few days and it was a lovely experience. They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in, the room was spotless with a stunning view, the team members were all friendly and welcoming, the room service was great. We'd love to stay again!"

"Door to room askew. Had to push it over to shut. Hard to open. Television reception not good. No privacy curtains. A/C sounded like construction. Some lights not working. No hot water. Kitchen could use dish cloth and paper towels. No plug for bathtub. Excellent breakfast. Problems minor for 1 night stay. "
