The spa was quite disappointing, needs decorating, too many people in there and loads of kids, not relaxing at all! The jacuzzi was only a little warm, the sauna and steam rooms were both cold, disappointed with the spa! "

"Room and hotel clean and nice check in staff. Disappointed with breakfast at the hotel. We went to breakfast a hour before the finish time and no pastries, not much variety of fruit, had to wait a long time for hot food items to be replenished and also just instant coffee no coffee machine to pick different types of coffee or hot chocolate. Also very noisy outside hotel at night. Had booked it as near daughters accommodation but very loud music from The Shack opposite outside football stadium. "
