"Loved this hotel and location. Very convenient to the beach, and local restaurants. Very clean and quiet. My only concern was for the limited parking. There is a bar next door that takes parking from the hotel on weekends and makes parking at night difficult. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for having us. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh but very repetitious. Should at least change it up a bit for week ends. Rooms are dated. Need to refresh, get rid of carpet. Air conditioning was so so. Rooms are dark and since the window overlooks the walking area couldn't leave curtains open. I ould not stay there again under the current conditions."

"Good view, but long hike down many stairs to the beach, beautiful beach once you got there. Needs more comfortable chairs. Pots and pans need to be upgraded, windows were dirty, walls full of scuffs etc needs painting touch up. 3 car garage plenty of parking. Loved the garage to keep cars clean. Nice bedroom layout. "

"The hotel is under construction. I woke up to guys working outside my window. The air conditioning didn't work, so it was hard to sleep in the first place. It smelled of dust and I could see dirt and dust inside the return air duct as it did not have a filter. There was a second return which was odd but it was a two room suite and that filter was filthy. Once construction is done and if they clean the duct this place will be fine but I was annoyed that there was no mention of the construction. "
