Older property, but they have decorated the rooms very nicely. Close to beach and the main drag. For the price I would stay again.

The room was advertised as coming with a kitchen and it had a microwave and a small fridge. No guaranteed parking, and overall good enough to need a bed to sleep in and that’s about it. Cleaning was subpar. I knew going in the hotel was on the cheaper side but I’ve stayed in way better places for the same price. Survivable but wouldn’t stay again.

In our place it was very dirty, and the paint everywhere was fading also it smelt damp and just dirty in the room, me and my girlfriend stayed here and we just felt dirty inside of the place, the parking is also horrible, there is a total of maybe 8 parking spaces and if you can’t park there you have to go find somewhere on the street to park and walk 5 minutes to the hotel also one of the other things that was frustrating was the bed size, we had gotten a queen bed but when we arrived at the room, the bed was definitely like a full size bed or twin xl, would not recommend unless the prices is 20 bucks a night or something based on our experience.

So the rooms were clean, and the service was adequate, but the oven/ stove that was listed to be in our room was non existant, and the queen bed wasnt very comfortable

I love the lax nature of the place but it feels unprofessional. The staff was very friendly but was confused on how to check us in. The area around was very nice with beautiful homes and a beautiful pier down the road but the hotel itself attracts some unsavory company that was grouping around the entrance. All and all well worth the money but far from perfect

One very long hair in shower. Pillow was left lying on the bed. Television was on when I entered room. Needs to be somebody checking the cleaners after they have finished. Hotel needs to launder sheets properly or invest in steampress to iron sheets and pillow cases. For over $100 a night I expect pressed sheets and pillow cases. Sheets and pillow cases did not smell fresh. Musty smell in room. I suggest air freshener at the very least. Air conditioner extremely loud and next to bed. I turned off A/C to get a good night's rest. Nice tile floor. However, tile is a little weird for bedroom. Should be carpet or wood. There was a kitchen area but it was not a kitchen. No stove, no coffee maker, no utensils or dinnerware. At the very least invest in a coffee maker. Most guests expect a coffee maker. Plaster missing from areas on walls. Some areas could be painted. On plus side, receptionist was very nice. She recommended one restaurant which turned out to be good but not great. Gardens outside are nice. Place could be so much better with a little effort and some expenditure.

Brad was really nice and helpful, but the room itself was hot and dirty and like literal spiders on the ceiling. alsooooo a woman literally pounded on our door at 1 in the morning saying we were making noise, she woke us up from sleeping so i think she was crazy i don’t know. i think brad maybe came out and dealt with it but definitely not a great experience. you get what you pay for but damn

Not worth it

I wouldn't stay here again, while i was checking in the customer behind me was leaving early and was not pleased with his stay. The man checking me in was not very nice and did not have great customer service skills and was clearly frustrated and when I shared my un ease with checkin in or if I should stay somewhere else he blamed me for being early to check in. The television in my room was broken a different one was brought to me that was written on but did work, the AC unit in the room worked but was old and worn down, the bed was not comfortable. Overall I did try to stay positive but I did not enjoy my stay.
