My wife and I stayed here for a weekend. its a nice quiet spot in walking distance to plenty of different restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. Fair prices and I couldn't hear my neighbors. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. The AC was ice cold but a little loud. Thats my biggest complaint.

I would call this more of a boutique beach hotel… Perfect location because you are close to the beach & the pier… there's a trolly stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to the beach & the pier & downtown… They have a really nice breakfast that is included with the best Belgium waffles… there is avocado toast many oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, many Kern’s juices tea’s coffee’s & soo much more.

This place was awesome. It doesn't even look like a hotel from the outside. It's walking distance from the beach, the rooms are clean, and everything looks new and in good condition. I especially recommend the suites. They are roomy, clean, modern, and reasonably priced for the quality of room and service we experienced. The suite we stayed in was so comfortable and spacious that I had a hard time convincing my family to go out and enjoy the sights. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was better and had more variety than I've had at the Hyatt House hotels.. Thank you for the great experience.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms which was very lovely. Only downside was at our location, we were right next to the stairs and pool access so everytime someone went upstairs or shut the parking lot/pool gate it was extremely loud. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

Price point was excellent for what you got. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were older, but worked fine. Location is not super close to the “hub” of Avenida Del Mar, but a free trolley has a stop right in front of the hotel and comes by frequently.
