Came there to bowl in the USBC Open Championships. The convenience of staying there & not having to drag my bowling bag out to the car everyday after we bowl was a huge plus. Rooms were clean & smelled fresh. The whole place was clean & you seen staff everywhere you turned making sure everything is going smooth. Definitely will stay again

Great place to stay! The entire property was clean and the staff were all great. We enjoyed all the different dining options and the general cost of everything (food, drinks, etc.) was much cheaper than staying at a hotel on the strip.

Great rooms! Great food options and pricing. From check in to check out, excellent pool and spa. You are 7 miles from the strip but we just took LYFT with no problems. 2300 rooms. If you don't want to stay on the strip this is the place. Free airport shuttle.

It was a nice casino/hotel. Only complaint is the smoke smell. The staff is extremely friendly and lots of food options. My kids enjoyed the arcade.

South Point is a great property. South of the strip it has developed a great reputation as a destination resort. It has everything, all maintained to a high standard. I recommend this property to anyone. Keep up the good work!

I love there is so much to do and see there. Very easy to get around. I took the shower like 10 minutes to get hot. I was at the point I was going to call and it got warm. You had to have faucets just right.

I was very disappointed that while we were there and after having requested twice, our room did not get cleaned. One of the times the cleaning staff was cleaning the room across from ours so I mentioned that our room was ready for cleaning and that we would be away for around three hours but we returned about three to four hours and still had not been cleaned. Another time I stopped at the front desk and mentioned that we would be away and that the room was ready for cleaning the young man said that he would let the cleaning crew know and that it would get done but same thing, nothing was done. After this incident I was very disappointed, I gave it a four star rating because we liked the room and the staff was very friendly.

Paid extra for a mountain view room and was placed in a 2nd floor room that had trees blocking any view. Ridiculous. Also, the pool was not filled so there was no access for my son to swim.
