This beautiful ultra luxurious 3000sf newly renovated vacation home is located in an upscale neighborhood near the best that Las Vegas has to offer. This expansive home boasts 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 full baths. Close to the Strip, One exit from McCarren International Airport, Raiders Stadium, The Las Vegas Convention Center, Town Square, Lake Mead and so much more!

This immaculate home conveys luxury inside and out with designer furniture, a modern fully appointed kitchen with all of the kitchen gadgets that you need to cook a great meal. Relax and unwind in the backyard under the pergola, or in the private resort-style pool while enjoying the built-in BBQ and dining space. The home is surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, parks, coffee shops, and everything you need to feel right at home.
The master bedroom has a beautiful and extremely comfortable king bed, a flat-screen tv, large workspace and an ensuite bathroom. Great property, easy check in and check out. Perfect stay for what we were looking for. Less than 15 minutes from the airport and the strip. Stayed with a group of 5 friends, all the bedrooms were great, the common spaces were fantastic for hanging out together, and the backyard had everything you could want.

Great neighborhood and host, beds were very comfortable. Great location. Love all the inside furniture. I do think the outdoor furniture could use upgrades and I would say the house is alot older than the pictures make it look. The house itself could use some upgrades for the price per night. Holes in the wall, cracks from paint, old carpet.

My bridal party and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's property. The house was beautifully decorated with more than enough room for the six of us. The kitchen had all the necessities. The pool was our favorite spot to spend our days lounging before we'd take a quick Uber to the strip in the evening. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Ashley!

Our group of 8 friends all left Chicago over 10 years ago to different parts of the US. While we have stayed in touch and portions of us had gotten together, this stay was the first time the entire group (6 stayed at house and 2 stayed in hotel but visited during day) have gotten together since Chicago. The home provided the perfect space for us to really visit and connect. The pictures provided an accurate representation of the house and amenities. The home was comfortable with good space inside and outside to allow for many hours of simply hanging out together and reconnecting. Within Henderson, the home is only a short distance away (10 min drive) from the District which has several restaurants and the Green Valley Ranch casino. The hosts generally were responsive once contacted unlike other VRBO hosts who took more initiative to reach out, provide info on the area as well as access codes normally at least 24 hours ahead of stay. I would definitely recommend for groups/ families looking for a place to be together when not engaging in activities.

All four of us enjoyed our visit. The home was very comfortable and reasonably close to the events we had planned. For future guests, recommend providing at least one box of cleanix, napkins/paper towels and salt/pepper. We would definitely consider this home for another visit, possibly when the weather is warmer and the swimming pool not so cold.

We brought a group of eight together from around the country to Henderson and had a wonderful time at the house. It is a beautiful house (with a pool table and pool!!!). We really enjoyed the back deck. It is conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants, and I215. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

If this is my chance to publicly praise this rental, the least I can do is be honest: The property is immaculate, very-well kept, and cleaner than my own house! The kitchen is well-appointed, as well as the outdoor space (including that grill!) by the pool. You will surely envision yourself living in this level of luxury full time. It’s a space meant for relaxation and enjoyment. It is a QUIET neighborhood, with groceries and restaurants close by, but you’re only 12 minutes away from the Strip. You can grill and chill by the pool, but after dark - let the peace and quiet of the desert wash over you in this tranquil space. Ashley is an incredible host, and she takes special care to provide her guests with an exceptional experience. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms and clean linens are plentiful, and it’s far away from the crowds on the Strip. Our stay was for a small reunion of 4 college buddies who’ve been friends for 30 years. It was a wonderful space for us to use as basecamp for 3 strange days near Las Vegas. We made some new memories in Henderson, Boulder City and beyond, and I hope you will too!

Everything was above our expectations! The property was very clean, well maintained and the kitchen cabinets were well stocked with anything that we would need from home. Oh, and can we talk about the beds? The beds and bedding made us feel like we were at a luxurious hotel and we've stayed at many, so much that we ordered the same bed and bedding when we returned home!! The Host, Ashley, was very responsive to any and all of our questions. We had lots of questions as we were planning our wedding in Vegas, decided to wrap in a family vacation all 2,500 miles away from home, so it had to be perfect, and perfect is was! Ashley made the housing accommodations very stress FREE and we couldn't be more appreciative! This was our first time staying in a rental off the Las Vegas strip, the property is close the strip ( a10 minute Uber drive away) where we could all be together and not sheltered in separate hotel rooms. I had a professional retreat with some of my business friends whom I had not been able to see all year given the pandemic. The house gave us adequate space for 7. It was clean and a close ride to the airport and the strip. The house was super clean and neighborhood quite. I would definitely recommend this place.

This home is exactly as shown. I have rented numerous homes and cleanliness is a must. This home was so clean! There were a total of 9 of us for a girls wknd. All the rooms, not just the master, are a good size. With 9 women needing to shower, there were 3 bathrooms being used at the same time and not once did we run out of hot water. There was a nice pool table but we didn’t get a chance to use it. The kitchen is large. I would suggest adding a couple of barstools to the kitchen counter so that more than 6 people can eat in the kitchen. There is a large dining room table behind the kitchen wall but everybody always congregates in the kitchen. The back yard is gorgeous. We enjoyed spending the day lounging by the pool. There is enough shade under the gazebo that was nice to have. It was nice to be able to park our vehicles in the garage. It’s only a short drive to everything near by (grocery stores, restaurants etc.). Ashley was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions we had. There were absolutely no issues with this home and I definitely plan on returning. My girlfriends and I had a blast! Thank you Ashley for opening up your beautiful home!

Nice home and very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Most rooms were updated with the exception of the master bathroom, which needs an update desperately!!!! A simple coat of paint and a few shelves in the closets would also be great. Overall, we had a great time in a very clean home.

I booked this house because of a business trip I had to take in Vegas and decided to bring some family out to enjoy with me. Ashley and Tom were great to work with, from the time we checked in to the time we left. They accommodated us from the very beginning. An example is when we first checked in, a piece of the vent from the microwave fell off when we opened the microwave. When I made this matter known to Ashley, she didn't blame us (which could've easily happened) but she sent a repairman to come right out, no questions asked. It was the small things like that in addition to the amazing house, with all the amenities that we loved. If there was one thing to complain about, it was the back yard. Not that there was anything wrong with the actual backyard (we tried to spend as much time as we could outside, it's scenic and has a great outdoor kitchen/ grill) but there was a large St. Benard who was on the other side of the retaining wall who barked some when we first got there. You can tell he was older but as we stayed there the first day, he calmed down and got used to us. So no harm there. After the first day, he was no longer an issue. Amazing house, amazing hosts, you will not be disappointed. This will be my Go To whenever in Vegas. G

We stay at a lot of vacations homes across the country. We have traveled to Las Vegas on numerous occasions, this is by far the most spectacular property we stayed in. Its going to make it hard going anywhere else. From the amazing and conferrable beds to the design and the furniture, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, pool table (which we didn't even get a chance to use).The backyard is awesome with a great built in BBQ. The house is really convenient to everything. Took us less them 5 minutes to get here from the Airport and 10 minutes at the most to get to the strip. Ashley is a great host and answered all our questions before we arrived. I would highly recommend this property and will absolutely come back next time we come to Las Vegas. Thank you Ashley!!
