We absolutely loved the location and the amenities, however, when they called to check in on anything we needed, they never actually brought the items we indicated we needed. Why ask if you aren’t going to follow through? Other than that, we had a great stay!

Front desk gave incorrect info. Pool was to close at 10 pm but really closes at 8 pm. Also pool was only half open would have been great to have the entire pool open. I was also told the gym was open to all ages, then 13 years but the signs say 16. What I have never experienced before and bugged me the most was someone knocking at my door at 9:30 to check out. Staff is nice a friendly Resort is a nice place but does need a lil tlc
