This hotel is beautiful. It has everything you need. Casinos, restaurants, lounge bars, luxury pools (including adults only), spa. I felt like I was at a resort in Mexico! Very satisfied with my stay. Wouod definitely return!

The staff is all friendly & cheerful. The hotel/casino very pretty. Never had to take the car out - go out to eat. Go the movies, all different meals & pool/hot tub

Absolutely loved the pool. Not once did the pool get over crowded or rowdy. Loved the fact that valet and self parking were free. Dining options were excellent. Appreciated that you didn’t have to go through the casino to get to your room. Only issue I had was the temp in my room did not get cool enough at night. I’d have to get up in the middle of the night and adjust the temp because it would shut off. Could have been my room and not all the rooms. Definitely would stay here again.

Super easy stay. Valet is quick and friendly. (Amanda, Christopher and P) do an amazing job. Maya in in room dining remembered me from previous visit. Love the west wing for quick access to valet.

My entire experience at the Green Valley was lovely,, but there was no TV access the entire time I was there. This is unacceptable. i believe everyone affected should receive compensation.

Great property overall. Valet parking is included for guests which is good to know. Probably the best spa in Vegas. Cons are that the casino is large and the cigarette smoke permeates the dining and elevator areas throughout. Great overall.

Regarding check in I want to apologize that the rooms weren't ready at 3pm. We do our best to have as many rooms ready at check in as possible, thank you for not holding it against us. First time here and we loved it. We had an Emergency during our stay and all staff was very helpful and understanding. Definitely coming back for a relaxed stay

Our TV went out for almost 3 days. Ask the check in desk if there was a shuttle to the airport and they said no. Went outside and called an Uber and the couple next to us was getting in an green valley shuttle.

Beautiful, clean, modern, and well-cared for property. Some rooms in the East Wing are quite far from the lobby and require a good bit of walking to get to and from. Free valet parking was a big plus.

The property has been refreshed inside and out. New carpeting, lighting, furniture, ceilings. Everything was perfect! Numerous food options. All excellent! Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great place!

GVR is a gorgeous property and it exceeded my expectations especially on service. We spent the day at the pool in a cabana which I highly recommend. Every staff member I encountered was excellent from check in to casino to dining. If you are looking for a stay off the strip that has it all. Look no further!

The rooms were large and comfortable. They were clean with a refrigerator and safe, which were very convenient. The bathroom were spacious and having the toilet in a separate was very convenient. The casino ceilings were high where I couldn't really suffer from cigarette/cigar smoke. Plus, there was a spacious non-smoking area with sufficient slot machines. The restaurants served delicious food and it was nice to have a 24-hour restaurant.

Check in at property is great so far! Quite disappointed that the family drove all the way there from OC, checked in around 6 o’clock unpacked and got dressed to go down to the pool only to find out that it closes at 7 PM!? The whole reason to get away for a little Vacation choosing this location was the pool and the beautiful property but everything closes so early? In Vegas? In summer? Pretty disappointed in that. It’s also $50 for a day pass to the spa. They have a lap pool and a Jacuzzi but wouldn’t allow us to use it even for one hour would’ve been a great service considering the pool was closing!? This is strike 2 now for me at Green Valley :(

Had my wedding at Green Valley. The property is beautiful and the staff did an excellent job with the coordination to make the outdoor ceremony and indoor reception go smoothly. Friendly staff and very nice suites.
