The hotel was ok we asked for room service and they didn’t come to clean the room. waitresses an red bearded bartender in the casino gave poor customer service, unprofessional, an seemed to hate their job..service for drinks was horrible. One waitress told me “what do you need” ?? In a very rude manner

The cleanliness of the building overall was great. Also the pool being open till 10pm was excellent. The only thing was the shower head in the restroom was clogged and didn't spray enough.

Honestly, it would have been just fine except that every time I turned on the bathroom sink it smelled like sewage. I even let the water run for a bit, but it didn't help. The good news is, the shower water smelled fine. Overall, the room was adequate. While in the casino I played the slots for over two hours and never got the drink from a waitress that I ordered. Was pretty bummed considering I was consistently putting money into the machines. Sorry, I don't like writing negative reviews, but this is an honest answer.

Room wasn't great but casino/ restaurants were wonderful. My room was below average. It had old wallpaper that was peeling and had stains in various areas of the room. The entertainment center/dresser that the TV was on, was dusty. The shower drain was backed up one night and was filling up while I was showering. It worked the other nights I was there... The casino and surrounding food areas are great! Reasonable fair pricing that isn't like the overpriced strip. Casino is clean, and have very friendly staff. Staff was very accommodating and answered all my questions.
