"Excellent value - very clean, comfortable and friendly, with all facilities you could need. It is a walk from the main town centre, and the hill is steep, so need to be mobile, or happy to use taxis. But the walk is worth it as the location is peaceful. Reception area and stairs are all stone/marble so noise does travel - especially to ground floor rooms. And walls are thin too, so occasional interrupted sleep. Nothing too dramatic though. "Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

"The room was amazing, the staff were helpful and very nice and the hotel was great! One elevator didnt work which was an inconvenience but not too bad for us, and the breakfast was always the same. These are the only downsides, but i would definitely come back."

On the down side the wifi was unreliable and could not be accessed at peak times, secondly my room's only source of natural light was a light well which was a bit depressing."

"The cleaners were very good, beds were made every day, plenty of towels, were changed twice a week. The reception was` very helpful. Safe was €34 a week and €17 returned when I returned the key. A very pleasant stay and good value for money. Stayed end April 2024"

"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. "I saw a few negative reviews when I booked but decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I don't have anything negative to say. Room was clean and spacious (we had the triple room) . Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was good. Rooftop terrace was cute. Whole place was cute, actually. I'm not sure about how good the location is because we had a short stay and didn't explore the area, but proximity to airport is perfect and parking was easy to find."

"I loved my stay here. I was travelling alone and using Granadilla as a base for a cycling trip, this hotel was prefect for me. The hotel itself has lots of charm and character, and much bigger and well equipped than the photos suggest. The best thing for me was the service - nothing was too much trouble.
