"From booking, through to arrival, stay and departure (as well as produce from their garden!) Hilary and Andrew were the best and most thoughtful hosts. My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time at this villa in Oratava. The gardens created by Andrew are delightful and the swimming pool is lovely. The house is very well equipped. We ate every meal outside where there are two bbqs and a pizza oven.The location is great for walking on Mt Teide and going to the seaside. And if you don't want...

"A fantastic holiday in a tremendous property supported by great hosts in Maria and Ivan. The house is even better than the description and photographs. Everything we could want for was available in the house which was stylish and spacious. A lovely terrace, garden, pool and cinema room kept us all entertained. We only stayed for a week and really wish we had booked a second week. Thank you Maria and Ivan"

"We rented the villa for a week. We picked the villa based on the views and they didn't disappoint. There were lots of terraces to choose from to enjoy the views, plus the infinity pool. The villa was clean and spacious and the pool table was a good addition. A car is needed to get to the shops and restaurants but this didn't bother us. Kadin the host was very helpful and always responded to any requests. It's in a quiet location which is good because all you can hear is the sea."

"We spent a month at the Villa and it was just what we needed after 18 months of lockdown. The villa has everything you need and the pool is fabulous. The owner, Katharina and the local Agent Marie Carmen, were always available for help and support and care greatly about ensuring guests are well looked after. "very, very nice accomodation! comfortable, lovely details and nothing missing to have a wonderfull stay. No touristic environment and just a few car minutes away of Puerto de la Cruz. Private parking in the shade and cosy bbq corner. The hostes is very welcoming and super easy to contact. Would absolutely check availability when visitting Tenerife again."

"Three of us stayed for 10 nights. We have been here once before so knew how to find it and check in, but it’s an easy process. You will need a car and sat nav. The villa was very clean and was given a freshen-up half way through the stay. Perhaps its most appealing feature is the location. On top of cliffs with waves crashing at the bottom, the villa has fantastic views of the sea and Puerto de la Cruz (which is a 10 minute drive away). You get superb sunsets and views of Mount Teide too!...

"Had a great time at the villa. Villa has loads of space . Not ideal with amount of stairs to the property but when you see the view its all worth it. We enjoyed the area as we had a car to get into santa cruz (15/20min drive) but we enjoyed walks around the village and along to the beach."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. The management team is excellent- super responsive. One of the bedrooms smelled mouldy and they came the next day with air fresheners and re cleaned the room. (The room did seem to always have a musty smell). House is excellent for large groups. There are lots of areas to have a meal. It was nice that all bedrooms have bathrooms."

"A fantastic property with great communication and service. We loved the pool and the outside grounds and had a brilliant stay. Each bedroom has its own on-suite which would make it equally brilliant for groups of friends and families. We were surprised at the generosity of the separate beach and pool towels which would save your baggage allowance! Unfortunately Tenerife was hit by a forest fire at the time of our stay, it was great how Ana kept us well informed and when ash fell on the property...

"The property and gardens are an island of peace in the middle of the town, we had a couple of small issues to begin with but they were quickly sorted by our very responsive host. "Lovely Villa accurately described in the property description. Pool was much used and a good temperature with a supply of pool towels. "The crashing waves against the rocks, the view of the moon and stars late at night, and the serenity this place provides make this one of my favorite places to have stayed during our vacation trip. If you're looking to stay somewhere away from the city crowd, enjoy the ocean's sound, and are not afraid to walk a ways to your destination, this is the place to stay. I would suggest not bringing much stuff with you but instead taking only what you need. It is a small space."

"Brilliant base from which to explore the forested North of Tenerife, just a short hop from picturesque Puerto de la Cruz and loads of good walks nearby. Good access to the main road by car, after the long switchback, but it was too much/long for a stroll to nearby La Matanza de Acentejo in the heat. Hosts Peter and Martina were friendly, but discreet and I couldn't speak more highly of their helpfulness. We had a fab one week stay."
