I feel like it was washed without using soap on the washing machine. We did not use any of the pillows and blankets. We had to rewash the white bed sheets with our own soaps and cover the bed and couches with it. The house was nice but we werent comfortable with the linens at all. 10/10 Excellent
"Staff are really nice and helpful. Location is amazing. We got into town early and the staff let us park the car so that we could walk right across the street to the beach/park. Also were able to check in a bit early. The restaurant on the property is super cute, really nice staff, and great food. The room was pretty minimalistic and we found ourselves needing more counter space. It was pretty clean. The bunk bed was a hit for the kids. There are some cool common areas, like a balcony with lots of seating that overlooks the lake."

"The location was ideal. We used the community beach access daily. The beach was rocky, but the kids loved the raft in the swimming area. Lots of recreational activities, basketball, volleyball etc. We loved that restaurants were within walking distance. Tahoe City was a short drive. We had a few minor issues due to a storm the prior week that were addressed promptly. The house was stocked with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/dish soap etc. The hot tub was clean and a nice bonus. We hope to return again. Thank you, Laure"

10/10 Excellent
"This was my second summer at Nancy and Brent's Modern Log Cabin in Tahoe Park. Once again we had a fabulous week in Tahoe. The cabin was perfect for my husband and me. My adult daughter joined us for a couple of days and we had plenty of room. The cabin is home away from home, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/appliances you need to stay in and cook. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with large closets. There's plenty of bath and beach towels and a nice shower with good water pressure. We loved the front patio with comfortable chairs, dining table and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful despite being just a few blocks from good local restaurants and bars. The location is great as it is near Tahoe City where there are a lot of activities for everyone. A nice benefit is the access to the Tahoe Park beach. It is a private beach on the lake with sports and activities for adults and children. You can also reserve a picnic table with BBQ to prepare and eat a meal at the lake. Hopefully we'll be back."

"Communication with the host was excellent and prompt. This cabin has wonderful 5-star amenities and cleanliness. Parking was adequate for our family, and the location was close to activities we had planned - hiking, frisbee golf, beaches, playgrounds, and shopping. Bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, with plenty of bedding and towels. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, a large refrigerator, and a large gas cook stove. We enjoyed the living areas, kitchen, and spacious outside deck areas. All in all, we had a great time and this cabin met our needs well. We happened to visit during one of the warmest weeks of the summer, and the cabin was quite warm during late afternoon and early evening hours. We were very thankful for all the fans in every room, and the cabin cooled off well during the overnight hours."
