"Sunnyside is a gorgeous older property right on the lake. The room was comfortable, the shower fantastic (awesome water pressure), and the views spectacular. "

"Very nice place. If you like the antique look, you'll love this place. I liked that the living room could be converted into another bedroom, since the bathroom is in the middle of the bedroom and the living room."

"Tahoe City is the place to be.
evo has a great location and staff.
Restaurant and bar is fine plus you can easily walk to more places to eat and shop.
Location looks at Lake Tahoe on the front and a golf course on the back with golfers, dogs, incoming geese and duck. We loved it."
"Parking right in front of our back deck, easy checkin with keyless option, coffee maker and small kitchen with dishes and cookware, comfortable bed with pillow top mattress and wish I couldve stayed longer to enjoy the many amenities."
"Perfectly situated to walk into " downtown" tahoe city ( 10min) which includes Commons beach, and some tasty lunch dinner spots. Right across from the multi-use path that connects all of west shore. Also a perfect middle ground to south, north, and truckee. Its QUIET...and Tahoe dont mess around. So be mindful if you are a loudmouth.I went on shoulder season right after labor day. Not crowded, weather is a mixture of warm to chilly breezes. But overall lovely.Host, responsive and very timely to answer my silly questions. First time dealing with bear bungees. Also gave food suggestions we used. Glad we did. A LOT of instructions to consume for check in and out. Not sure if thats Host or TahoeOnly potential for improvement, slightly thicker toliet paper and a brighter shower curtain or just glass door. Its a smaller shower stall so this was difficult for my man (6'3 and solid)."
"Awesome family vacation spot! We had great weather all week and my kids (in their 20's and 30's) ran me around from Truckee to South Lake Tahoe. My sister and her husband drove up from Pasadena and joined us for a few days. We rented a pontoon boat and the six of us spent a day on the lake. This was my first time in Tahoe and I think that the area is one of the most spectacularly beautiful places on earth. The house was big enough for all of us to be comfortable and the fenced in back yard was a bonus. My grand dog was in her glory chasing squirrels and chipmunks! We walked a lot.The West Shore Market was great for coffee and breakfast stuff and some souvenirs. The only minor issue I had was navigating the stairs. The bedrooms are not on the main floor, but the living room and one of the bathrooms are. The bear fences on the doors were a little difficult to get used to but it became a habit to hook them up. WE DIDN'T SEE ANY BEARS! Parking was a bit tight for three vehicles, but we managed to keep them off the road. Good times were had by all!"
"Serene, quiet, safe, tucked into the trees, convenient, clean, cozy mountain lodge room. This is a treasure of a spot to stay in. We recommend amazingly delicious. "Spoon" restaurant nearby. Emerald Bay, Sand Harbor, Cascade Falls Bayview Trail, Eagle Falls half hour hike. Meeks Bay. The Lake is a Devi. Thank you! "
"Enjoyed my weekend trip to Tahoe City. The location was great, after a full day out at the lake. Check in was quick, friendly. Once settled in my room walked the strip that has many options for dinner an shopping. Room was comfortable an at night it was very quiet. Check out was very simple with phenomenal service. I will definitely be coming back."
