"Before I arrived i believe there were 5 separate reminders to be quiet. It felt like i was being micromanaged and nearly cancelled the rental. I would not say that was the most welcoming customer service I've received.No AC. Take this under consideration if visiting during the summer. Guests weren’t thrilled. The bbq was not cleaned prior to our arrival. In fact when we turned it on it started a pretty severe grease fire we needed to contain. I'd suggest having the bbq cleaned regularly. At...

"Perfect stay for a family ski trip to Northstar. Quite a lot of space and very comfortable. The Northstar shuttle was super convenient, fast, and we used it every day. Large kitchen with everything you need and we cooked several meals and ate out several nights. Large backyard for playing in the snow and large outside deck. "
