"Bed sheets stained,elevator in parking garage seemed to have a mind of its own.The arcade room almost every game was broke,dident work correctly or just took your credits(money).What staff I talked to seemed to have betterthings to do.The stay was a typical casino.Had a good rate for the room."

"Parking was easy, the location was amazing with a great beach, and the hot tub was nice. I thought the pool would be heated but it wasn't. Luckily the day was nice so it wasn't too bad to be in the pool, especially with the hot tub nearby. There weren't any tea supplies in the room, which is why I rated the amenities a bit lower. The hotel is in an old building so you can definitely hear noises of people moving around outside and on the floor above. Also, when people go to the pool, they can walk right by the back of your room with the screen doors. I forgot which one was my room because there are no labels in the backside and they all look the same so I had to kind of peek in to see if I was at the right door. "

"There was a leaky faucet in our room that dripped into the bottom cabinet. It didn't impact us personally, but it was something we noticed and it got some of the hotel items stored under the sink wet."

"It was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go in the Heavenly shopping area, the gondolas, and some of the casinos. Great for bigger families. There is some wear and tear in the property, which is to be expected for a lower end hotel, but was clean and comfortable and big enough for our family of 5."
