Overall the hotel was excellent. Easy walk to the excellent waterfront area. The on-site restaurant is great for breakfast. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy after dark.

This is a top notch hotel. We come to Nanaimo occasionally to visit my son but this is the first time we have stayed at this location. It is now our go to location. Excellent room with many modern features, good breakfast restaurant on site, easy walk to restaurants.

Nice hotel with specious rooms, has everything we need for comfortable stay for 4 days. Especially love the bed, clean and soft sheets, comfortable pillows and mattress. The front staff was absolutely amazing helping us with an early check in. Our room was clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Our only complaint would be the limited underground parking when the hotel is full. Otherwise a lovely place to stay at a reasonable price.
