"Everything was great."

"I have been staying at this place for years because it is affordable and in a great location, and has free parking. However, over the past year it has turned from tourist accommodation to more long-term low-income housing. People are living there, not just visiting, and they are up all night every night - gathering and talking really loud on the balconies, partying, yelling, stomping, fighting through the whole night (every night of my 4-night stay until between 3am and 6am). Not just one resident, but many - beside me, farther down the walkway, upstairs... The front desk is closed for the evening and through the night, so there is no one to call about it. I did not feel very safe there, and will not stay there again. I am sad, I used to love this place."

"Clean room and decent price"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful but the rooms had no sound proofing. The bathroom was laid out weirdly. The breakfast was average but the velvet seats were all dirty. The rooms seemed updated but the doors were not and the hallways were not. "

"Our dog was welcomed, check in went smoothly. Its busy road, so kinda loud, otherwise good spot "

"This property was great. It was convenient to walk to Port Theatre, the harbor front, and downtown area. The property was really nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast buffet was great. George at the front desk was super helpful. Very comfy beds, great shower. Central location. Highly recommend!"

"The parking lot was easy to find but if your turning left into it it’s a sharp turn but was easy to drive into. Was not hard to find, getting the info for the codes were easy from the staff. The room was spacious, did smell like cleaner when we walked it but opening the window helped. Liked the beds the were comfy and so were the pillows. Liked that the tv was a Roku for streaming Netflix, etc. This was my first hotel where we didn’t need a key, check in was done all over the phone. Would stay here again. Liked also that it was close to the ferry and a Starbucks. It is by a road thats heavily traffic but didn’t bother my sleeping. "

"Hallways were smelly and the first room was stinky so we asked to move. 2nd room was better but we had to open windows to freshen up room. We also found hair on the bathroom floor. Found the price very high for what we got "
